In the IT landscape, they oversee the entire process like a master chef, ensuring all ingredients combine to create a delicious dish.
A solution architect (SA) is not passive in a business’s IT landscape. They are proactive leaders, responsible for designing, describing, and managing solution engineering to address specific business problems. Their primary goal is to ensure that the IT solutions align with the overall business strategy, integrating new systems and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

At one of our clients collaborating with the business, several bespoke components were replaced with a new CRM platform. Without the SA’s participation, there would have been duplications in customer management and additional complexity.”

- Cost management by finding hidden treasures of cost savings like a money detective. Whether in the cloud, under the couch cushions, or hidden in the budget spreadsheet, they’ll sniff it out!
Facilitating Communication and Collaboration
In the same way, a construction supervisor coordinates between different teams on a site; a solution architect facilitates communication and collaboration among various stakeholders. This includes:
